I remember reading a thread about grabbing the psilocybin from mushrooms and it seemed difficult to do because of the bonds between the zwitiron alk and the proteins and such of the shroom,

A thought has been irking me need to get it out

Could you use enzymes in water under a c02 atmosphere after freeze drying and powdering to break everything(mushroom nutrients (fats carbs proteins) down to their most (more) simple components

Then use yeast( or any anaerobic tolerant non toxic bacteria for that matter)
(still anoxic conditions) -- to eat up all the mushrooms nutrients

Decant

Filter

Vacuum evap
Done?
I'm not sure if this is an over simplification of if the broken down products of the enzymatic reaction would still attract the

Or if the yeast would do something to the alks
Would the yeast destroy them!?

Would the yeast alchemise ha!?
