My Meeting with the Mother
So, I vaporised 50mg of freebase DMT crystals with fresh caapi leaves in an old school wood pipe, ala sandwich method. This DMT was extracted from a huge obtusifolia, that I have affectionately called the Mother for about a year. I've had a lot of positive experiences with the Gyuto Monks, so they were my guides for this trip. My dark room turned into a maelstrom of colours, predominantly green, purple and yellow. It was not a blast-off, but more like a fairly rapid ascent. Time, like many DMT trips, had no meaning. I could not say how long I was ascending. But once I reached the top, I met her. Mother Ayahuasca. She welcomed me with open arms. "Glad you could join us. It's good to finally meet you." When she said this, I initially thought she was a Nexian. She looked exactly like the first incarnation of the Oracle from the Matrix.
I was only after I spent a lot of time with her did I realise who she was. She introduced me to a few people. It looked like they were waiting for me. There were only a dozen people. I recognised 3 of them. One of them was endlessness. The other 2 I recognised from a presentation they gave at a psychedelic conference, which is also why I recognised end. The others I didn't know. Mother Aya said I know them quite well. They were all Nexians. I went around the room and shook everyone's hand. They all said the same thing "It's good to finally meet you." Mother Aya then took my hand and showed the world, much like Aladdin taking Jasmine on the magic carpet. The world was filled with vibrant life, where the plants are the gods. "They are a part of me as much as I am a part of them" she said.
"We are ancient. We are the guardians of this planet. We breed life. We have maintained the order and stability for aeons. We are what your kind calls plants. And we care about YOU."
And just like in the Matrix, she said "Let's take a look at you", adjusted her glasses and held my face between her hands.
Her eyes started glowing, and she started to reverse her age. She initially looked 70. She stopped the age reversal when she looked like she was in her mid 40's to early 50's. Then again, I don't see age anymore, so I could be way off. She let go of my face and her eyes returned to normal. "There. Do you get it now?". I did get it. So, what happened? She said nothing while her eyes were glowing. Instead she induced a series of rapid visions and prophecies, with her face semi-transparent in the background. I'm still trying to understand it all, but I get it. I know it sounds weird, but I know you guys know this feeling all too well. Understanding without understanding. It reinforced my belief that we know close to nothing. Even us psychonauts know nothing, especially about the psychedelic experience. We are observers. We can extract very limited meaning from a psychedelic trip, mostly to do with the physical realm where we reside. It can teach us compassion, love, empathy. It can make us feel the universal oneness, without teaching us what it means. That's about it. I think that this is only the tip of the iceberg. The true primal spirit within us all is still an enigma. The more I trip, the more I'm trying to understand it. Why are we here? Why are we alive, whatever that means? What are the plants showing us? Why do they care about us? On the global scale, we're killing them. It was then did I realise what unconditional love truly means. "And we care about YOU." Mother Aya loves all her children (i.e. every being in the universe), no matter who or what they are.
This trip was different to my other ones. At no point did I transform into an entity. I was still me.
Ziggy, I understand it now.
"A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools."
