Hi everyone, I'm from wonderful ZA and really enjoy growing and propagating Entheogens. My collection consists of mainly cacti, but i've also got catha edulis and salvia.
Looking to expand my collection with a lot of the wonderful medicinal plants my country has to offer. I only wish the plants that have traditional uses here were better researched. While quite a few plants here have been researched, I'm sure many more are untouched or even forgotten by the traditional healers.
Anyway, after years of lurking I finally decided to sign-up and become active on a forum again.
Looking forward to learning many new things and interacting with like-minded souls!

Welcome to the nexus friend Sounds like you have a nice little garden, wise in growing your own medicines What plants do you think need more research? I agree, there are probably many plants we've yet to discover that have beneficial healing properties. Thanks for joining in the community, happy and safe journeys friend! Peace

Welcome to the Nexus! I don't have a garden, per se (unless you count mushrooms! ![Very happy](/forum/images/emoticons/grin.png) ) but I'd love to someday. I love cacti and would love it even more to see one grow up before my eyes! All in good time, I suppose. May you find everything you are seeking here. Thanks for the welcome.
My garden is small, but I'm grateful to have it. It brings me a lot of joy.
I'm actually not sure which plants need to be studied more, that's the problem. I fear a lot of indigenous knowledge has already been lost. I have a book that lists some of the medicinal plants that are commonly used, but I'm sure there any many more obscure ones where the traditional healers that had the knowledge about them have passed on.

Welcome fellow ZA Nexian! I'm jealous. I have a large garden, but no Entheogens, lol. Although I'm building a very large planter box, which might in the future contain some interesting plants. Only you have the power to destroy yourself, or to be your greatest ally.
