Hi everyone,

I've known and read the nexus for several years now, but somehow the time was not quite right for me and ayahuasca or similar medicine. I finally feel that that time is approaching and am happy to finally join the nexus in a more active manner.

Aside from that I'm generally interested in all kinds of medicine plants, shamanism, and enjoy tending my litte indoor garden. Not a very big garden, just some plants next to the window. Being located in northern europe, there is not too much sunlight, so success depends a bit on that.

I just started with some more rare passiflora seeds (actinina, ambigua, mollissima, and collinvauxii) and some are germinating already, so I hope I'll have some flowers in summer Smile

Aside from that, Acacia floribunda also grows quite well here. I've read the discussions on some inactive varieties in Australia, but I grew mine from seeds from an online vendor, so I hope it's genuine floribunda.

Because there's not so much material from the plant yet, I smoked a very small amount of the leaf and to my surprise it appears active.

So far, I didn't try bigger amounts, just a square of a few millimeters, but smoking the same amount of caapi leaf also changes my mind somewhat. The floribunda had a more visual effect than caapi leaf at that little dosage, especially when going to sleep (having smoked it 2-3 hours before going to bed), and produced chills along the spine occasionally during entering sleep. The next day, I felt quite refreshed during day, somehow more 'clear' than unsual.

I'll do some experiments, but if anyone tried or heard about smoking A. floribunda leaf, I'd be very interested to hear about it.

So much for now.

Last, not least, let me thank you for all the excellent and consistent work and spirit the nexus keeps up!

Cheers!
