hey everyone. after browsing the Nexus for a few months to learn up on DMT i figured I might as well make an account here. I'm a relatively novice psychonaut, only been using psilocybin and LSD for the past year or so in what started as a personal healing journey to deal with depression and PTSD, and the results so far have been very positive. the Spice and I haven't crossed paths yet, but I look forward to whenever that day might be, and until then will be gladly soaking up wisdom around here, and offering my thoughts when appropriate.

Thanks! Also as a few sidenotes, hobbies of mine are weightlifting, coffee, and trance music (mainly from the 90s and early 2000s) :> I'm always on the hunt for some good Prog, Uplifting or Goa Trance!

Generally my workouts focus on barbell/dumbell exercises with swimming on my off-days, but I should probably get into kettlebells too actually. Seems like it'd be a nice way to work out when I'm taking a break from my usual weights cycle. Generally though I work out 5 days a week.
Also I've always noticed that when performing really heavier lifting movements that use your full body, like deadlifts and squats, for about 3-6 seconds after completing the lift there's this amazing rush where thoughts and ideas flow INCREDIBLY fast. I didn't realize until years later I could make that last for 10 hours with LSD!
And yeah, I do like psytrance fests but sadly I haven't been to one in years. I'm on the east coast right now and I haven't really been able to quite make the connection to the scene around here, so I always end up finding about the fests too late :/
