There are guides all over the net. It's not difficult.
At the Nexus we have a rule about spoon feeding. Answering basics on PGP falls into this category.

One thing to note, if using a web based form for PGP encyption, I strongly suggest using a JavaScript based encyption method. This prevents the form from submitting to the server, since the code runs locally on your machine.
