Location: What good is salt if it has lost its savor?
The particulars:

30 mg, half pure white snow, half light yellow wax. Took it easy on the flame, and the inhale - I wanted clean vape and no burned spice. Nailed it.

Had some chillout music playing in the background.

The experience:

Immediately felt the wah-wah-wah vibrations and sounds of the initiation to drop into hyperspace. Eyes open, my vision was blurry. I calmly held in my last toke and closed my eyes. As soon as they folded down, I was folded into the timespace dimension to hyperspace proper. Little did I know this would be my first macro-cosmic trip (instead of micro-cosmic) guided by a mysterious inter-dimensional traveler (spoiler, it turned out to be me) who was also an accomplished magician. I say Magician in the classical sense - smoke, mirrors, redirection, controlled perception, leading your focus only to use deception as a form of enlightenment. I neither saw or heard him, but he was the director of my mind's film. He let me be the producer occasionally. He was so nice to my ladyself!

At first, I saw a tree. It was both three and two dimensional simultaneously, as if MC Escher had willed it so. As I began to perceive it, my perception upon it made the tree cast it's shadow unto the ground. Like a Rolodex turning down, my perspective bent down the axis on which the tree existed and the shadow now stood "upright" as I focused on it. The shadow was primarily two dimensional, but again as I beheld the tree-shadow's nature, it too cast it's shadow upon another axis. A shadow's shadow in this hyperspace is but a silhouette, a tearing of the veil of the universe that revealed the universal backstage behind the plane. Peering down into the hole created by the shadow's shadow, I saw wide vistas of the universe. Comets, nebulae, planets with rings and moons and binary suns. It was beautiful and I sat for a moment awestruck.

This unfolding of one plane of perspective into the next - seeing upright, 3-D, 2-D, then 4-D was repeated half a dozen times. Same narrative, but the subject matter changed. The magician showed a hyperspace, 4-D box and shifted my perspective.

At one point, he willed that I look on a square with designs on it. Like an optical illusion, I waited to see what morphing it would undergo under my supervision. In a snap of cosmic fingers, I noticed that while focusing on the square, everything else had inverted colors and I was somewhere else in the universe. Caught up in the trick I expected to outsmart, I couldn't perceive the massive shift to another plane. Another snap of cosmic fingers and the box remained the same but was now extruded into 4 dimensions. As a mathematician, I've always wondered what living in the fourth dimension would be like and loved being shown it. It was my personal inter-dimensional, hyper-plain magic show. The shift in perspective wasn't jarring, and in that I feel surprised.

After I gave well deserved applause at the education via misdirection and transformation, the magician bowed out and allowed me to go backstage with him to float down the "internet" of universal energy.

Much like any computer generated video sequence where you shown a visualization of how data might move through the web, electricity inside a computer, or brain impulses through the nervous system, I beheld myself travelling among cosmic tubes. Pulses of light flowed up and down this highway - it had an organic undertone, but visually it was linear, clean and "computerized". I floated in this stream of energy, just taking in the scene. I saw one interstellar being, a large coin - a face on one side and nothing on the back - float by. He/she simple existed and went to where it was going. Neither happy or sad, it was presently (and likely eternally) content, going on its way to wherever place one goes in deep hyperspace.

After bathing in this pipeline of a cosmic computing nervous system, I drifted back to my body and kept a buzz and pleasant heaviness for 10 minutes. I had been in fairly deep hyperspace for 10 minutes and now just spaced out by the whole experience. With my eyes open, the blurriness dwindled and I had some back-of-mind visuals, mostly of dogs and wolves (telling me my spirit animal was the wolf - which is a strange thing to say to me, since I'm not native american or hold much stock in that sort of thing). Also, muffled voices chatted about me but I gave them no heed.

The interpretation:

This wasn't "intense" as many other trips have been, but it was far more clear and "burned" into my memory. I have a better appreciation of turning my perspective on a dime and seeing something, or someone, completely differently. I also have new insight into dualism, although it was not explicitly taught to me, it just sort of updated my mental software while I was out.

This was my first enjoyable trip; it was fun, pleasant, made me smile and glow slightly. I've had a number of experiences where my mind was blown apart and it was hard to put back together, but this one was gentler on my capacity to remember and stay present through the experience.

One last big take away I had was that the visuals at the end/beginning of the trips, before hyperspace, are equally valid teachers. Normally I feel like I'm almost making them up, using my imagination to pretend that the clouds are really dinosaurs, but I realized that's unfair. If my brain is making up hyperspace, and it's this wonderful magical bizarre profound place, how come minor visions and perceptions aren't equally valid? I choose to believe that it is all wonderful, from each waking moment to each unconscious one to each hyperspace in between one.

Breaking the fourth wall:

Thanks Gents and Ladies, I appreciate you. If you have any questions, I've written this for you and for me! I'm always happy to respond. Below, I drew some pictures of the experience. Because, screw-it; I'm not a great artist but kids like it, dont' they? From upper left, clockwise: a tree casting a shadow, a tree's shadow casting a tear-in-space-time shadow, the connective super highway that is hyperspace's internet, a depressing dying clown in a small room (from my vaporhausca death-trip see: https://www.dmt-nexus.me...aspx?g=posts&t=61393) and the cosmic floating face I encountered.

This I like the most of all, and wondering how we could stimulate any future experience in such way.
I have the impression that encouraging the pre-flight anxiety to build up and swell and high heart rate etc etc before the hit, really taking much time to live trough that phase fully and maximal, exploiting it actually, not trying to calm one selves but rather digging into the opposite, and only after that doing the hit, takes away much of the tearing forces during launch and one more immediately enters a clear and calmer experience with more access to direct meaning/remembering. Still working that out to see for consist result.

Wolves are canids, related to foxes. (referring to your name, FiniteFox)

Prior to a trip, I get the heart pounding sensation, no matter how tired or relaxed I am - but if take five minutes to breath and listen to music it seems to help me keep things together.

Still, its hit and miss if I'll blast off, having my consciousness go through a mini big bang, or if its a smooth ride to hyperspace.

I'm going to try a couple of things , and I'll let you know how they work out in terms of slow things down.

1) Yoga - 5 or 10 minutes prior; maybe half a dozen poses.
2) Fasting - I've done extended fasts, but I'm thinking more on the lines of have a good lunch and smoke in the evening.
3) Changa.
4) Smoking technique: maybe take the hardest hits last, instead of first.

Also: Mustelid, thank you for pointing out the fox-wolf connection. I know it probably seemed obvious to you, but I honestly never would have thought of it. Hugs, bro, hugs.

I've also had macrocosmic visions of bright and colorful nebulae as I drift weightlessly in the vastness of space. It's a very cherished experience to be granted.

FiniteFox, thank you for posting these experiences, I am loving all of your reports and I truly love your words, your honesty, and your overall approach to all of this!

I fully agree with your comment that the lower-levels of the experience can be just as meaningful as the deep portions of the journey. With changa, I call it the "float-out" stage and being back down enough to walk, dance, talk, and sometimes document my experience is really what I enjoy the most!

Peace to you, please keep posting.
