Hello brothers and sisters,
This is my first post on this awesome site. I'm a male in my early 30's from Europe. I've been interrested in DMT/Ayahuasca for a very long time, but i've always been too scared to try it. I've taken loads of LSD and Mushrooms and i used 5meo-dmt a few times, so i'm not new to the psychedelic realm, but nn-dmt/ayahuasca just sounds like a whole different league.
Now after reading that changa gives a more gentle trip i decided to give it a go. I'm looking for a recipe that gives the most friendly/earthy/warm trip possible. Sorry if a lot of my questions have already been answered here, but these are busy times for me and i dont have the time to research for hours and hours.
This is what i bought:

1gr. White nn-dmt cristals
1gr. peganum harmala 10x extract
Pau d'arco
Passion flower extract
Peppermint herb
Dried caapi leaves are on the way (should be here soon)
Small bong
Small cappuccino glas to make the changa in

120ml pure 96% alcohol (is 120 ml enough? i dont have iso, will normal alcohol work?)

I also have a 1000ml 70% cleaning alcohol but the etiket does not tell whats in the remaining 30%, so i'd rather not use that stuff.

Now what i'd like to know is:
Do i have everything to make changa?
What ratio should i use to make a friendly, not too strong, beginners changa?
Which of my herbs are a must to use and which can i leave out?
I read caapi brings spirit and warmth, can i use it together with the peganum harmala and passion flower, or is that too much maoi?

Any link for a step by step easy recipe, maybe with pictures? I dont want to do something wrong and mess up the cristals.

I will report back how my journey went.
Thank you

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Smile don't use the 70% cleaning alcohol, while most of the remaining 30% is water, it may have been denatured with some funny chemicals due to taxation. Use the other one. BTW 120ml is more than enough. You only need a few ml..

I like acetone instead of IPA for changa.
Sometimes it's good for a change. Other times it isn't.

Should i make an extract of the caapi leaves or should i just crumble the leaves and mix it with some passion flower and peganum harmala extract?
How about the other herbs? Which would make a nice mix?

Smile mullein, damiana, scull cap, blue lotus, calea...etc..also plain caapi will work, 10xcaapi, will be stronger 25xcaapi... -- all a matter of personal choice/taste and how accustomed one is with harmalas. If you are unsure, make a tiny little batch and try it out first. We have a regulation about spoon feeding info, i.e. you may need to study the changa section a bit more. Wink

edit: we wouldn't use caapi and rue together and IOHO - keep it simple, like mint/10xcaapi+spice or lapacho-infused mullein/10xcaapi+spice. If you just want funny headspace use 2:1 - regular changa is more often 1:1 but one could also use less of the latter or add a bed of plain herbs into the bowl anytime
