To begin this formal introduction, I'll give you a little bit of a background on myself. Maybe I'll share some other things besides this forum's subject matter in general that some of you will have in common with me. First I'd like to say that life is a precious journey that no matter how dark, dull, repetitive, or even thrilling it is, and it's up to only you to make it an unforgettable one. From the time I first reached grade school the saying I heard tossed around was "Only the strong survive". Typically as you'd expect I interpreted this in the literal sense. These days I find that if you're not changing or building upon your spiritual foundations and values then you're cheating yourself. In life, things are always changing. We can never be too grounded, so in short it's best to just go with the flow and follow your intuition. Whether that upsets those around you or not, too bad. Life is something we all share in common and all partake in. To tell another person they can't do something is like telling yourself YOU can't do something. Society will always try to force feed their curriculum down peoples throats, it's up to the people to ask themselves "is this what I want with my life?" NOT the former. YOU have the power.
Now that we got all the yada-yada cliche talk out of the way I'm currently on my way to obtaining my bachelors degree, which (you guessed it) has been a hell of a journey. My passions in life are basketball, boxing, mma, my family, natural medicines, healthy living, and exploring myself internally. I played semi professional basketball and am currently trying to reach the next level by either playing for the NBDL or going overseas. This has been my life long goal. I dedicate myself to the game as if it were a religion however, I don't take myself too seriously. I understand that the deck is stacked against me. Nevertheless I continue to push and push towards a dream that people say will never be a reality. Works for me, I fare better with doubters and pressure. I'm not your typical type that is usually on these forums I guess you could say. I've never done any sort of psychedelic or anything of the type. Of course I smoke weed but that's it. For years I've researched and have been absolutely fascinated with dmt. I've always said that it would be my first unworldy experience. This is what has lead me to this forum. I've been studying different ways to go about making it on my own and feel that although you're never ready for an experience of that magnitude, I'm as close to it as I'm going to get. I've joined this forum in hopes to gain knowledge from those who are respected and reputable in that regard. I'd hope that if I have any questions, this would be the place to go. I'm currently stuck at a road block, and am hoping that over time, I can get over it and gain the knowledge I need to go forth in my own experiment.
In conclusion I hope this gave you all the necessary insight as to who I am and what I'm looking for.
P.S. I can't find it now, but I read that as long as I'm a member I can view things like "suppliers" and pictures of what your end result should look like. I'm having trouble viewing these things. If things have changed around here, forgive me as I'm new. I look forward to many enlightening conversations with this community.
