i spray them everyday approximetly twice and water them ever 4-5 days maybe. Still the one which is the worse pot plants have like really wet fertilizer...the problem may come from this. If it really is, i know that hydrogen peroxide may help. I captured a video to show you the plants and at the begin of the video i show the light and the plants cause it may be from it also. Temp checked at the end. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kx7HalttTrQ

They are probably lacking sunlight and over-watered. Simple cultivation of this plant should still be legal in your area, Check to be sure. If so, Can you move them outside? This plant will literally grow itself, Cut back on spraying and watering and give indirect sunlight for a few days. Cheers!

Thanks for reply, man! I can move them but its really cold right now. These days they will freeze im sure. And yea, it could be from the sunlight because ive read enough to keep them from sunlight and....yea.

Ok, Cold is a big problem for sage. Get more fluro! Use screw in lamps if you have to. Cut back on the watering for sure. They seems to thrive in loose soil, Try mixing in some perlite or loosening the soil if it is muddy or densely packed.
Side note: One could devise a very cheap and small eco-greenhouse with visqueen and small dia. PVC.
