hello my fellow forum users just a little advice of some things that might ruin things for you.

1. MUSIC

now i have heard plenty of good things about this. one major hing i have not read anywhere else is the volume of the music is of great importance. very recently i have been experimenting with different types from meditation music to shamanic bongos. which have been fine. i read on her somewhere that somelike listen to Chimaira - The Heart Of It All. now this got me thinking and i set up a nice list of some metallica and had what i thought was a very nice not too loud level.

oh how wrong I was. I smoked about 50mg which i did not quite breakthrough on. however every sensory tract was enhanced tenth fold and the volume of this music rocketed my eyes were closed and any visuals i may have had were overwhelmed with this music i thought i was spinning around in music so loud i could not see an end to it and thought i was dead or going to die in this void chamber of loud very loud music! not enjoyable at all even though it only lasted 2-3 mins it felt like an eternity.

music is very important if you are playing it be careful of the volume level and what music you are listening too.

2. Dosage

Having not broken through i am also unsure if i accidentally overdosed. smoking 120mg caused me to set in what i can only describe as a void. and endless plain off nothing just darkness where i was looking at myself? i felt as if i was dead i wasn't scared or worried i just accepted it. i sat with my eyes closed on the sofa for at least 15-20 mins as my friend observed me and said i did not move a muscle. then a distant feeling of water dripping or blood dripping down my nose slowly bought me back to reality first started moving my tongue around feeling my mouth as my nervous system rebooted after what i can only describe as a strange experience. it was not pleasant but it was not scary.

3. Settings and Surroundings/state of Mind

Where you are i find is also a massive factor. if you have friends that make you feel wary around this stuff my advise would be to under no circumstances of even the greatest peer pressure do not do it. it will be much more relaxing the first time if you do it with just one good friend you can trust with you life. i would not recommend smoking this outside in the daytime for your first experience either. state of mind is going to contribute a lot. and now i don't just mean feeling a bit shaky before you rip it that's normal you should try and calm your breathing first. I mean if you have problems in your mental state before hand this are best dealt with way before you attempt this stuff or atleast be on level grounds with yourself.

4. expectations

dont expect anything as every time you try to blast off will be unique in its own right. hopefully this advise touchess some other first time attemptee's and they avoid somethings that can be horrible.

1.Music
I like Goa/Psy trance, Or a tiny room fan on low speed can work wonders. Razz

2.Dosage
120mg is quite excessive. Are you sure of the quality? As McKenna would call it a "heroic" dose and would surely elevate you to higher plane than a senseless void. Bio-chemistry could be at play as well.

3.Settings and Surroundings/state of Mind
The most important and unpredictable IMO. Experimentation will find what works best for you. A friend and I experimented with DMT at the peak of a 25I-NBOMe trip while listening to The Browning (Metal band). Intense, Nearly uncomfortable, Yet different due to the invocation of a darker context.

Be safe on your journeys and always take time to analyze the trip and understand what it is trying to tell you. Its easy to overlook a hyper-dimensional gift that has the potential to set you free in some way or another.

Quality is not an issue. Smoking technique, for sure.

Music where lyrics are the staple of the song are a no go IMO.

Back when I was a noob, I used to smoke 100-125mg every time, though I doubt I ever got more than 60-80% of it because of bad technique (sandwich). Those are a whole other level of breakthrough, usually 15-20 minutes in hyperspace, followed by 20 minutes of come-down. I rarely go that deep anymore, except by accident. I wouldn't recommend it for the faint of heart.

Personally i've only smoked The spice once but i broke through first try and i was at a desk in a very low lit room in dead silence at around 4 or 5am, dosage was 50mg took the necessary three hits the spice was between two layers of herbs

1. MUSIC

Trance is what I use. On my earlier breakthroughs, I would phase out and have a closed eye experience. As I got more experience, I was able to breakthrough and stay in the room. Zen meditation helps with this. You're able to see rainbows of colors exploding into existence off the walls and potentially off your friends as you see their emotions when they're talking. Music helps usher this ability to its peak (and particularly trance) because it "sings" the colors into existence. If that makes any sense. Now...I will say though that at heroic doses of a breakthrough nature it's a closed eye experience regardless.

2. Dosage

I can breakthrough on 50mg to 75mg. Smoking technique is important. One small annoyance that a lot of people don't consider is if you have any fans, turn them off. Your candle or lighter will flicker and you'll waste time and flame.

3. Settings and Surroundings/state of Mind

I'd like to echo the above. I will smoke around my friends, but they know what I'm doing, are cool with it, and are actually curious about my experiences. I try not to smoke anywhere but my house. With fewer distractions, you can focus your energy on the experience and not on the room. However, I will say that veterans could probably ignore this and use better judgment since they know what's coming.

3 hits are not necessary, its just a terrence myth, its not about the number of hits, its about the amount inhaled.

Single toke breakthroughs are easily attainable

Cheers guys and tbh I thought it was mainly my technique. And ive gotten so close by holding in my last one litrally fitting to keep it in lol. My new vapenator came today so breakthrough should be imminent Smile
