Hello Nexians!

I'm glad to be part of this community, I think the site is great!

Well, a little information about myself:
I'm 32 and I'm taking my first steps in entheogens. Started this year with San Pedro, and it has been a very healing and beatiful finding. Shortly ago I had my first mushroom trip, which was incredible. What started out just as curiosity has opened up to me an amazing and vast world! Entheogens are really a very very interesting subject and, and the experiences I've had have definitely changed me for the better. I've come to deeply love nature and healed my self of various wounds in my soul. I feel I've been reborn and blessed.

I've been doing a lot of reading and researching on internet and books about entheogens, and the more I read, the more fascinated I become. DMT and all its mistery is something I definitely want to try some time soon. The article in The Nexian Issue 1 "Beyond: a trip report" by Hyperspace fool, completely blew my mind!

I hope I can learn a lot more, and continue on this journey of exploration.

Warm greetings from Chile.

Hello jagrofe,

Welcome to the Nexus, Smile.

You sound like you are in the midst of a a wonderful journey of (self) exploration. You also sound so calm and chill - perhaps it is your life experience, coming into this at age 32 rather than 18, I don't know - which is really nice. Short of being 95 with a terminal illness, there is plenty of time to explore these wonders and taking the time to integrate is always laudable.

The Nexian article was a great start but I encourage you to thoroughly explore and research the forum. This is not a simple 10 minute or single evening process as you will soon come to discover. The resources here are truly vast and what really gets me is that there is not only breadth but real depth going on here. I think you will like what you find.

The wiki is the path to the extraction teks if you haven't found that out yet.

Looking forward to seeing you around this place.

Warm Regards, Pandora

Dear Pandora, thank you very much for your warm and kind welcome words!

About the Nexian article, it's not just that what I've read; I've been browsing the Wiki, reading teks, experiences, plant information, and a lot of other information which is really fun and interesting. On the other hand, there's a thousand more topics to check and read, it seems almost endless. Also I've read Plants of the Gods, Pharmacotheon by J. Ott, and Psylocibin Mushrooms of the World by Paul Stamets, and checking Erowid a lot.

I would like to experiment some Ayahuasca-type brew using Acacias and Peganum Harmala seeds.
Here in my country there's a lot of Acacias but I'm not sure if they are a species with DMT.
I've been checking the Acacia's Threads to learn and see if I can identify the trees around here but so far nothing, so I'll keep looking, and if I can't find anything I'll post some pictures and hopefully get some help (that guy Nen888 is so cool)

See you around!

Smile
