I never had good scales and now know I was smoking about 90mg not 50mg but still inline with 1mg per kilo bodyweight...............after 3 pulls and holding my breath for as long as possible 10-15 seconds each pull. I sank to the floor intense colours and geometric shapes poured from the room with eyes closed I saw an array of dna spirals and geometric hi resolution artwork in shapes and designs that I had never seen before then i was pulled into a white lighted tunnel with hands reaching down that I could almost touch I felt the presence of something and wanted to ask so many things but could not quite work out what I wanted to say remember next time I kept hearing I felt as if I was being pulled upwards and the intense patterns began to slow my eyes opened once in a flicker I was back but six mins had past I truly have never experienced anything like it I did go back an hour later and repeated the journey but since then have no need to repeat again I think its something special and for occasions that you feel a true need don't do this on a whim take your time to prepare each journey..make it something that can answer your questions about life and the universe.
I don't know if I will ever be accepted into the nexus [like the star trek nexus where everything is possible????] im sure theres a lot of applicants.that are more deserving than me as I am just an old traveller but if I am I will uphold the values and give advice to others as often as I can about how to travel safely....

I should add that this was my experience yours may be different im sure everyones has different expectations and reasons for doing it.the only definite thing is the timings always seems to finish after 6 mins and ends completely at 20mins.awesome............
