Hey all, I inoculated some 4oz jars with amazonian cubebsis a few weeks ago. I have four jars that are fully colonized and healthy so far! My question is when can I dunk and roll these and put them in the shotgun chamber?! Thanks!

are they really 100% colonized? if so, you should wait one more week so the mycelium consolidates in the jars.otherwise the cakes will do that while in your fruiting chamber and you don't want them to be in open-air 1 week before they start the pinning process (+risk of contams, dryness etc.)

good luck! Thumbs up
"..undisturbed by order, chaos creates balance. it is not the artifical balance of scales and weights, but the lively, ever-changing balance of a wild and beautiful dance. it is wonderful; it is magickal. it is beyond any definition, and every attempt to describe it can only be a metaphor that never comes near to its true beauty or erotic energy."

I agree,or wait till little brown dots appear, those are the pins.I personally grow in vitro. The yields are about the same as Standard pf tek and you don't need to worry about water and humidity.Have fun
Psychedelics aren't for everymind.
