You would probably need an orchards worth of them to get anything usuable but I would be interested in knowing the exact percentage that was found.

If you work with leaf (0,4 mg/kg), you will need 100kg[leaf] to get 40mg[DMT]. I don't know if there is data about others parts of the tree (like root's bark^^). In TIHKAL in the "DMT is everywhere" chapter, shulgin lists these citrus family (rutaceae) plants:
:Limonia acidissima - contains DMT , the acetamide of NMT and a beta-carboline
Zanthoxylum arborescens and z. Procerum - DMT and NMT
Evodia rutacarpa - 5-meo-DMT
Dutaillyea oreophila - hordenine, 2-methyl-6-methoxy-beta-carboline, 5-meo-DMT.
Melicope leptococca - same spectrum as above
Pilocarpus organensis - 5-meo-DMT

Its just traces of DMT, check the links Snozz sent, it's most likely not a viable source for DMT extraction... Rather it's more like an interesting fact specially with the drug law in mind, but more likely not a good enough source for DMT.

I wouldn't want to smoke or ingest a totally unknown extract either.

Does somebody know if citrus flowers have already been tested for their alkaloids content? I was curious about that, since my porch had the exact smell of a full spectrum MHRB extraction one month ago, when my citrus tree was blossoming...
