would yoi reccomend waiting for pins to birth them? And would you rather let them fruit as a cake or crumble and case? I'm thinking keeping them as cakes will be better for a first grow.
cobweb is not so common in pfjars. it looks a bit more greysh compared to healthy mycelium which is white. also, cobweb expands FAST and it would cover up those jars in 1 or 2 days - that's a good way to check, since myc colonizes slowly.
after full colonization wait at least 6 days so it consolidates - if you put it in your f.chamber before it will just stall until the mycelium is fully established and so, it will stay a lot of time on open air (+ risk contams).
so, you should birth them one week after it colonizes 100% of your jars. if they pin inside it just birth them, do not wait for them to start pinning. that belongs in the fruiting chamber.
fruit as cakes if these are your first grows,
then move to casings so you'll get a bigger yield.
good luck!
