Greetings all!

The fascination has been building steadily over the last few weeks and thought it was time I made an account here. I've been on other boards for 10 years or so.

The information here has been very helpful, sometimes even eye opening, and I would like to contribute what I can. Growing ethnobotanicals and mushroom identification is a hobby of mine for some years now. Been growing various Australian Acacias for 4 years. They're majestic plants and are now among my favourite trees. I enjoy growing these to produce seeds to pass on to other Acacia aficionados. Producing seeds from cultivated plants is enjoyable and probably takes some stress off wild populations. I enjoy helping newcomers learn to grow plants, it's great to watch them evolve into productive growers.

Would also like to thank the contributors to the site and one day hope to make my own contributions.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Welcome to the Nexus!

Glad to have you onboard Smile

I love when people grow their own psychoactive plants and help spread them to others. This is definitely the way to move forward sustainably, so I thank you for that!

Do you have any pictures of your plants? What acacias have you been having good success with?

Did you check nen`s thread on acacias by the way?

Be well!

Thanks for the welcome!

I grow Acacia acuminata mainly and have an Acacia obtusifolia of around 5 years old. Easy and trouble free plants to grow. Growing in my opinion is the way to go. It's upsetting to see and hear of what happens to wild populations.

I should take pictures one day and yes I've been reading a lot of nen's info.Smile
