So i smoked some spice and decided to do it in front of a large mirror.

However a lot of times when i smoke spice i use a candle to keep focus during an open eye experience. really helps me keep my ground you could say.

So at the bottom center of the mirror i set up one candle, and a few of my crystals. Focused on the candle flame and took my hit. After the full on effects sunk in i lifted my eyes up from the candle to stare directly into my face. When i did so the flame from the candle traveled up from the wick and stopped directly on my forehead. The flame held its spot right on my third eye for the remainder of the experience. Staying focused enough to hold my pose was quite the cosmic battle. Felt like i was straight out of an art piece from a Tool album haha. It was a very unique experience for me. I understand how facing yourself in a mirror can be quite frightening for a lot of people. For me it was nothing short of enlightening, and a very grounding experience.
