I've identified phalaris arundinacea and eleaegnus angustifolia now, so I'm just wondering if anyone here has any experience with the russian olive leaves?

I read a report on erowid of a guy using this combination plus st johns wort, which I'm very interested in trying, apparrentley the guy got good results from 11g of phalaris, 3g of russian olive and 1g of st johns wort from just leaving the stuff in boiled water for 20min 3 times.

Interesting! I'm sorry I can't offer any experience, but I'm curious. What kinds of effects is said brew supposed to create? I think I have Russian Olive Leaves in my cupboard... Smile Processed however...

That's the trip report. Doesn't sound like he had anything heavy, but he uses only a small amount.

Just wish I could get more info on russian olive. Can't find anything certain that states it contains harmine, harmaline or whatever.

You might try www.herbtalk.info forum. There is some pretty obscure entheogens discussed there.
