Yes, I have read the 'all about Aya' thread, and found it very useful. The reason I ventured into other threads was an attempt to avoid nausea. The two techniques I read that seem to reduce nausea are the egg white tek and Cold Water Brewing.
Perhaps the egg white would be most useful with the mimosa. I appreciate your comment that it can reduce potency, BUT I figure I can compensate for that by upping the dosage of the brew by a bit (maybe from 6g to 8g). I was able to find an thread by Norman where he compared the extracted dmt from regular and egg purified brews, and found a 30% reduction.
Regarding the cold water extraction, I know it is a bit of a misnomer. Here is the thread by q21q21 that I found for inspiration:
