Hi all

Good to be here on this site, hoping to share my spiritual experiences that I have had with entheogens and bombard you all with questions I have about yours.

I am an artist and use psychedelics as part of my art making practice. Im also a witch and practice shamanic magick.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Welcome to the Nexus!

Would you mind sharing your experience with DMT and DMT-containing plants? What about extractions, are you familiar with them ?

Also I was wondering, why do you call yourself a 'witch'? It's a word that usually has negative connotations, though I think it's just an umbrella term that was used to criminalize herbalists and others that didn't 'fit' back during the inquisition. But why do you find resonance with that term? And what do you mean by magick?

Be well!

Pleased

Maybe I just don't frequent the right circles or I'm out of some loop or something, but I find most people who practice Paganism/Wicca/Witchcraft stay away from psychedelics in general. I used to practice myself and had many friends who did the same, even one girl who was part of an actual practicing 'coven'.

I've drifted more towards the shamanic than the pagan over the years. Still glad to see someone with similar interests Smile Tool is in my top three favorite bands of all time Smile

Those who practice witchcraft usually take pride in the name 'witch'. It has a negative connotation in our society, certainly. But it's much the same as using the term 'shaman' or 'healer'.

Magick is of a different type than 'magic'. Magic without the 'k' is what you see from a magician, illusionist, etc. Magick is essentially the practice of witchcraft rather than something equated to trickery or illusions.
