SWIM has about 450 Heavenly Blue Morning Glory seeds. It will be his first time doing LSA and the extraction. Since he is not a chemist at all, what would be the easiest way to get an extract with the lowest amount of nausea? My eyes are soon to be open! Cant wait!

Without any doubt, a easy cold-water extraction. Crush the seeds to a fine powder, add some cold water (chlorine is often added to tap water. This destroys the LSA, so use distilled water!) and let the magic happen in a refridigator for 4-6 hours. Filter out the seedpowder and drink the water. You may also add some Peppermint oil, some people believe this converts the sedating LSA into the stimulating LSH. Good luck on your jurney!

I'm not sure if defatting would help, but there is a more than good chance that if you just drink the vile cold water, you will throw up. SWIM has blown chunks on the seeds and he expect the water to not be much different.

The cold-water tek does work, but for me I still had a lot of nausea, but after plenty of trial and error I found it was best to either (if you plan on drinking the tea) to take some sort of anti-histamine (datura stramonium, CPM, or Benadryl) which helps lower the nausea incredibly. Or take your tea after it is strained and add it into a small amount of alcohol and let it soak in your mouth for a half hour without having to worry about any nausea at all. So glad to see you have overcome them.

There is no need for distilled water pal, just boil tap water for while and chlorine gone! Morning Glory from cold water extraction of seeds - no aches were noticed and only mild nausea - up to 600 seeds tried from eating seeds - no aches but strong nausea was present - up to 300 seeds HBWR 10 seeds eaten - caused mild nausea but aches were present Rivea Its still growing - antrocles wrote:...purity of intent....purity of execution....purity of experience...

so SWIM thinks that the cold water extraction would work best but is also interested in this alcohol method. how exactly does the alcohol work, do you just mix the extracted water with some alcohol and hold in mouth? My eyes are soon to be open! Cant wait!
