I've been desperately holding on to my poor Yopo tree for almost a year now but need some advice for optimizing the growing conditions of this one.
I grew it from seed in a small maybe one gallon pot. It was doing quite well until I tried putting it outside and then it lost all it's leaves and died. I left it, all dried out, on a table over winter and then decided to try to have some fun and experiment by trying to grow some mushrooms in it.
I didn't expect anything to happen because I was just throwing some semilanceata and stuntzii mycelium in with the old soil and watering it. But then, what do you know, the yopo started growing out of the stem I had cut off a few months ago.
Anyway, it started doing great again, but now it is about the same size it was before and is not growing much, then when I water it grows a bunch and then the lower leaves all fall off...what do I do?
