Hi to all,
i'm a newbie (both on forum and with DMT). Recently i had my first changa experience and, as you may guessed, it blown my mind away. It has been few months since that experience and i'm still confused with questions like: what was that? who were they? who am I?
After that, been searching the web and finaly finished here.
I come from mediterranean area and have lots of phalaris arundinacea and phalaris brachystachys species growing in the wild so i'm gonna try extraction tek's found on the forum. Will post any progress and experiences...

I keep reading peoples thoughts and information about Phalaris. I have never used it, but I have read a lot about it containing Gramine and that it is toxic. I am not an expert, but be carefull I would love to read how it goes.
