hi new here SWIM is on a 2nd batch of mimosa using the lazymans tek.

for the first SWIM had fairly good crystals but this batch SWIM has only seen brown goo at the bottom when scraped.

have searched and have seen conflicting reports so looking for an answer for SWIM.

SWIM just washed everything up but is waiting for SWIMS last reduction.

Hopefully SWIM will get crystals but can SWIM vapour the brown goo??

SWIM at 1st thought it was a bad batch of mimosa hostilis.

Unless this is the case.

If ordered from the same supplier, I doubt it's a bad batch. (There is still a possibility here though) I'd just say, lightly heat a bit of naphtha (on an electric heater please, no gas or flames) just add just enough to redissolve to goo. (Dropwise) Then chuck it in your freezer with saran wrap over the top and try freeze precipitating it. Good luck!

On the last batch SWIM did do the reheat NAptha with a little brownish crystals that was left.

So SWIM only needs l little naptha. SWIM used about 50ml last time.
SWIM assumes much less is needed then??
DMT Effects were not that apparent

Yes, you're recrystallizing instead of extracting. So the least amount of solvent is best
