I wouldn't say that's a problem, on the contrary, scraping them off when they are stuck can be... just pour the solvent through a coffee filter to catch them up, let the filter dry, pour/scoop crystals into container of choice. Voilà.

You can use the sharp point of a knife to 'scratch' the bottom of the dish...this gives a 'purchase point' for the seed crystal to grow.
Also your freezer may need to be cooler...I find -6deg or colder is best.
Leave in the freezer for 24hrs if necessary.

@vodsel swim thought the same but every time swim filter them to the coffee filter they end up melting onto the filter. Swim think is cold enough. It might be too cold. Swim placed a shot glass on the fridge over night and those cristals did stick

Are you using the usual paper coffee filters? I never had any problem pouring freezer cold solvent through coffee filters to catch floaters... the solvent passes through the filter right away, crystals have no time to redissolve into anything. You mean they melt onto the filter after the solvent is filtered?

Yeah exactly they melt on the paper. Are you letting them dry out on the paper or scraping off right away?

That never happened to me, at least not after freeze precipitating and filtering the crystals. I left them in the filter until completely dry (which only takes a little bit) but sometimes I had left them in the filter overnight, uncovered, with no visible changes.

Are you by chance in a very humid or warm place? How long took the crystals to melt?
