Hi there been a while just being kept so damn busy Surprised this is something i recently stumbled upon when reading into isolation and its different aspects of the effects of how its practiced.

If your unfamiliar with it Hitbdedut and sorry if it seems bleak but wikipedia will be the source for definition:Hitbodedut refers to an unstructured, spontaneous and individualized form of prayer and meditation.Through hitbodedut one may establish a close, personal relationship with God and gain a clearer understanding of one's personal motives and aspirations. However, Rebbe Nachman states that the ultimate goal is to free oneself of all negative traits that obstruct the spiritually-transforming non-dual realization of the "Imperative Existent," which is the Divinity inherent in all being.

It is of jewish origin but putting all religious branding aside not being a follower of any form of orginised religion myself,i can however vouch for being a spiritual person and can appreciate and admire a spiritual practise regardless of what brand it wears if the bottomline empowering your souls wellbeing(which links to things like a DMT journeys and other psychadelic experiences, probably why it is a part of my life that fascination etc etc)

A little more wikipedia for you:Method; The method involves talking to God in an intimate, informal manner while secluded in a private setting such as a closed room or a private outdoor setting. Rebbe Nachman taught that the best place for hitbodedut is in the forests or fields. "When a person meditates in the fields, all the grasses join in his prayer and increase its effectiveness and power," he wrote. He also suggested practicing hitbodedut in the middle of the night, when the desires and lusts of this world are at rest, although doing it during the day is just as effective.During a session of hitbodedut, the practitioner pours out his heart to God in his own language, describing all his thoughts, feelings, problems and frustrations. Nothing was viewed by Rebbe Nachman as being too mundane for discussion, including business dealings, conflicting desires and everyday interactions. Even the inability to properly articulate what one wishes to say is viewed as a legitimate subject to discuss with God. One should also use the opportunity to examine his behavior and motivations, correcting the flaws and errors of the past while seeking the proper path for the future.

Keep in mind i would like it if whenever the word God is mentioned by me personally ever it is in a very subjective manner to whichever the reader has about a godlike figure or being and that im not implying any person out of a book or anything like that so think of it as a chameleon to your own eyes and perceptions if that makes sense Laughing

To the point i thought of posting this as to maybe introduce someone to something that might help to whatever and merely to share on these kind of personal strenghtening practices
which is really amazing to me so whatever thoughts on this please share and if you know of similiar religious or even of your own creation again please share, its like something else somewhat connected to what is spoken of in the nexus(just to ensure im not movin WAY too off the point of this forumThumbs up )

The lives of all they occupy their eyes in dismal gloom the all-piercing,dead oculi - mirrors of our doom Oblivious to the trespass as you gaze into the black the demon of surveillance insultingly staring back Into you, they own your every secret, your life is in their files the grains of your every waking second sifted through and scrutinized, they know your every right. They know your every wrong, each put in their due compartment - sins where sins belong
