So, I was cruising the net, and felt like seeing if there were any COSM events I could potentially go to any time soon. Unfortunately, there are none in my area, but I did find an interesting ad to an art retreat in Santa Fe, New Mexico coming up soon.

I really wish I could do something like this, if only to meet some of the featured artists, but also to get instruction straight from the people who have inspired me. Unfortunately, there are many reasons I cannot make this specific one, but hopefully one day I might go to a similar event.

So, my hope is to live vicariously through others who have gone. Have any folks here been to an event like this? If so, what was it like? How much did you get out of it?
