After quiding salvia just before bedtime ...several hours later I had a dream...

After an awesomely vivid and [long pre lucid dream!]... just before this dream below...

I had a very unusual dream late this morning .. as I was sitting in a cafe table across from another person that seemed to be a friend..

This dream being awesomely vivid.. i wasn't shure who this person was except someone i was mysteriously familiar with..

.I noticed that this person had a little different tastes for food than i did as i offered food entrees to this person who wanted something different ...

He passed stuff to me that i didn't like and i chose something different..

I noticed that this person who seemed like an important friend was very positive minded and joked a lot and i seemed more reserved and serious minded..

As the the conversation went on a person from a nearby table who spoke with a foreign accent as me to pass the..[something he said?] water to him]?

As i passed it to him i asked what kind of water it was?

He replied it was a tonic water...

I continued the conversation with my friend and started having this starring into a mirror feeling!

I suddenly woke up in bed and reviewed my dream and quickly realized that i was having breakfast with my .self.[alter ego!!]

I strongly feel that my salvia quidding at bedtime effected this dream..

This dream was like the twilightzone on steroids..!

i have heard lucid dreamers say that if you speak to a person in your dream you are speaking directly to your own subconscious.

i am no therapist, but it sounds to me you are too serious.

there is no need to ever be serious as long as you are always sincere.
