happens that i have a kilogram of MHRB and had tried extract DMT of this stuff, the fact is that I have a problems for extraction DMT, he has achieved approximately 200 mg DMT per 100 grams MHRB, 0.2% which is quite low of 1% is normal; other friend who have experience extracting DMT get the same percent, but, strange, it's pretty good for tea, I mean to ayahuasca.

My question is: is this possible?
maybe a possible explanation is that it contains about 1% DMT or its normal content but can not get all with normal DMT extraction process, using the hidroxide of sodium, hydrochloric acid and hexane, but needs something more to take off molecules of DMT from mimosa hostilis and instead if possible to dissolve the DMT with the method for make ayahuasca, I mean low level of acidity in the solution and at least 3 extractions with constant heat

There were reports of MHRB with such low content in the past, although it was rare and some were possibly due to mistakes in extraction process. I would make sure your process is devoid of biggest mistakes that lead to low yield.

-When basing MHRB with lye, let it base for several days.
-Use warm naptha to pull, do several pulls. I've seen substantial yields even on 5 or 6 pull, after week+ of basifying.
-Greatly reduce naptha prior to freeze precipating. You will know its too much when it starts turning milky at room temp.

i would say extract the MHRB with limonene or toluene for better yeilds , also if the MHRB is old then most of NN has converted to oxide

extract with limonene , salt your NN with fumaric acid , wash with anhydrous acetone ,

that way you'll have the NN that has oxidised aswell , also if you wanna convert oxides back to NN their is a procedure with zinc dust

Have you actaully verified that? Cus I have heard that when stored in a dark place in a proper bag/container that there really is not much degredation at all.

not really , infact what you're saying is true , if stored in a good way the bark will be potent , however the OP states he only has a 0.2% yeild so i suppose it could be that , either the bark is old or perhaps something with the extraction procedure , also it could be something else alltogether ,

also the OP mentions hexane , so perhaphs its a solvent issue since hexane will only pull pure NN leaving the oxides and jungle
