Since I'm a noob and cant post in the Changa forum I was wondering if anyone knows of a book that would break down each plant for its use in changa as well as healing. I know theirs plenty of online resources but I'm trying to step out of the digital suck. I want to research the different spices and the appropriate effect so I can choose a blend to suit my needs. Yes I know everyone has different experiences but maybe something that gives a nice outline?

Also there is a TON of terminology used here that is sometimes odd because I cant really pin a meaning with it. Is there a thread outlining common words so I have a foundation of some sort lol I feel like everyone speaks some deep esoteric language that in order to understand you must be a regular in hyperspace (not me...yet)

Love

Honestly, you are going to find better info on this subject right here on the Nexus in the Changa sub forum than in any printed books I am aware of. If you insist on books, I would look for a comprehensive guide to herbs, but they will not likely address the herbs as used for Changa. Maybe you can find one on herbal smoking mixtures?

probly best to start with an herb you already know. That way you already know that herb. Isnt that better than random herbs you never heard of and dont understand yet? Just find one herb you grow or pick nearby and then mix that with caapi leaf.
Long live the unwoke.

okay so search, search, experiment, and evaluate. rgr dgr its pretty easy now a days to make e-books or pdf's and circulate them via the net. Maybe some super knowledgeable people can start a thread and just dump knowledge about changa herbs and eventfully compile it. Big grin

Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs is a good resource for learning the more esoteric properties of various herbs.

I think the terminology question raises an interesting point, a nexus glossary would probably be a very helpful addition to the site.
