Swim had pink dmt or light red.
Now this more then likely is do to the solvent. Colemans fuel, Swim noticed its pink, its also in a red 32ounce bottle.

So is the pink do to some chemical in the solvent that swim should be worried about?
Is it (and i highly doubt it, just covering my bases here) because its in a red bottle that it changes this way.

Is this safe. Swim also read in some forum that coleman fuel has a red dye in it, is that true?
Its the coleman premium blended fuel.

I apologize if this has already been posted and addressed however i could not find anything about it.
Also it is from Acacia confusa.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Ill be glad to help with what I can provide. I'm sure ill be corrected by other more experienced member. But from what I know pink/red dmt means 1 of 2 things. Either you pulled some jungle spice along with it, which is not bad at all. Or the dmt has started to oxidize. Still not bad by the trip is much different. In either case you still have safe crystals

But if you are feeling unsafe go ahead and re x them!
How ca this be!? It's utterly impossible!

If you did not distil Colemans its the additives such as antirusting agents. Pure naptha doesn't have a pinkish hue.

This. Your DMT isn't safe to smoke with antirust agents.

I'd advise another extract just to be safe. No more Coleman's, go for the naptha.
We are surprisingly similar.

The Dmt was actually pretty white, when it dried out most was pure white, others had a very light pink hue.
It evapps fine when swim tests it.

And swim smoked it, seemed okay, three times.

So with those details its still unsafe correct?

If so what are some non polar alternatives, naphtha is out of the question atleast vm&p (might be wrong on name) so i need some other option, or one less toxic.

Swim did with an A/B tek if that matters

Other options would be Xylene, Toluene, DCM, D-Limonene. If you go with any of these options, you should look into "salting out" the DMT from it.

Can you get a MSDS for your solvent? You really don't want anything "extra" in it...certainly not any colored additives/rust inhibitors/etc.

Swim has been thinking about d limone(i know i failed on the spelling) but hasnt found to much about it working. And i thought i read it doesnt evapporate.

These other non polar solvents you listed, have you or anyone else reading these had success with them. If so recommend me the one that seemed to work for you.

Oh and swim is going to do freeze precipitation, but swim thought d limone, doesnt evap, and so swim doesnt see how to get the limone down to a smaller quantity, if you cant evap it down, will the solvent be saturated enough for crystals to fall out??

You can't freeze precipitate any of the solvents I listed. That's why I suggested you start looking into "salting" your DMT out of a non-polar solvent. Many people have had success with all of the solvents I listed. Sounds like it's time for moar reading Wink

Limonene doesn't evaporate...again, see: salting.

So if the pink dmt was already used, and no ill effects are noticed its okay to use?
Swim wont use the same solvent now, but as far as the tiny amount left its okay?
