Has anyone had a dmt trip come back on them long after it should have been gone?

Jeesus, it's a bit scary.

It's happened to me three times now, and only the last one was really unpleasant. So I'll begin with the first two.. Beginning with some background:

I like to do around 60-70 mg. I'm very proficient at smoking it. It's my own handiwork, and it's lovely.

The first two times happened while I was peeing. Yes, urinating. It was about t+20, and I thought I had come down completely, but when I peed, I went back into extremely intense CEV lasting for 5 minutes or more. I was falling back against my bathroom wall gasping at beauty. (Shall I describe them? The last time it was pink flowers. Growing into me with aggressive loveliness. I felt that I was being eye-raped by the most beautiful pink flowers.)

But.

It was the last time this happened that really troubled me and that I'm asking my friend to write to you about.

I had a long-lasting trip. Maybe 4-5 hours clock time. Yes, that long. And it wasn't precipitated by smoking dmt. It came after drinking alcohol. And I seriously thought I had broken my brain. I was scared shitless.

I had smoked way too much dmt at about noon. It was 100 mg, weighed. I had 100 left from my last batch and it was just more convenient to stick it in the pipe than package it. But I really shouldn't have smoked that much. I can't remember my trip. All I remember is when I came out of it, I had puked all over my couch. I've never puked before. I do remember the song I was listening to lasting for for for eeveer. Rocker's Hi Fi: Going Under. Godamn, what a good song.

But here's the thing. About 8 hours later I was at my parents' house, and I had been drinking, and very very suddenly the dmt trip came back. I had around my 5th gin and tonic, and very suddenly, I was back in an unearthly forest. I barely was able to walk away from my parents to my room in their house before I was moaning and overcome. I was tripping at 50-60 level. A little too much when you don't know why.

And it just fucking didn't stop.
It didn't stop.
It still didn't stop.

Fuck. For evvver.

Literally for around 4 hours clock-time.

Eventually I fell asleep (around 5 am) then woke up (around 7 am) still having milder closed eye visuals, which lasted until around noon.

It honestly scared the shit out of me. I thought I had broken my brain for good.

But now I seem to be fine.

So... please? Has anybody else had these experiences come back on them? Can anyone explain what's going on? HPPD? No. Something else?

Wow, i wonder if smoking too much can encurage the brain to produce its own?

A couple of times, Ive had reoccurance in the night, just coming in and out of dreams, almost as though im dreaming a trip, but the visuals are the same, and the presences are the same.
