I've been working on a list of plants to grow over the spring, but I figure you guys are more experienced than me and probably know much more about plants than I do. Can you give me some suggestions on what plants to grow? I live in USDA zone 7b. (5º to 10ºF / -15º to -12.2ºC)
My list so far:Acacia acuminata, obtusifolia
Phalaris brachystachys, aquatica
Trichocereus pachanoi, peruvianus, bridgesii
Datura stramonium, inoxia
Brugmansia candida
Hyoscyamus niger
Turbina corymbosa
Passiflora incarnata
Maybe:Salvia divinorum (If I can find a source for it)
Atropa belladonna (If it will grow here)
I will add to this list as suggestions are given.
I have a good bit of space to work with outside. It's not all in one part of the yard, so I can't give exact dimensions. As for indoor growing, I have almost no space at all. I could maybe fit a few cacti in here somewhere, but would rather not do that until winter.
