I stand corrected but pray of less use of term mhrb so it falls off undesirables radar. https://www.google.com/s...mp;biw=1366&bih=666

Why? The mimosa hostiliis root bark works just as well and people know what others mean by that, no need to change it Take the plant rivea corymbosa for example; it's true latin name is turbina corymbosa but everyone knows what everyone mean by rivea corymbosa so it doesn't need any change. It's seeds of turbina corymbosa are called ololiuhqui in Nahuatl and means 'round thing', yet people use it for the whole plant, which in fact is called coaxihuitil which means 'snake-plant'. The words change in meaning as time flies by, and when we choose to use them determen what they will mean. As long as it does not occur any missunderstandings amongst theese designations it is no need to change them Love and happiness to you

This is a misuse of the word, the vascular cambium is a layer of cells from which secondary xylem and phloem arise. The inner root bark would probably be the secondary/primary phloem. Although not as technical, inner root bark is a pretty specific term, plus not everybody knows that much about the physiology of plants. Just like stated above, words have no inherent meaning, people give them meaning, and as long as one term is recognized we can communicate the idea but if we try to just all of a sudden start using something else that people don't recognize it's harder to communicate our ideas. Especially for new members, plus it makes the learning curve for the site a little more steep. Seriously, it's like calling a T.pachnoi a San Pedro. It would be smart to just use "phloem" but inner root bark is already established as the commonality. You could try, maybe it will catch on. Correct me if I'm wrong about it being the phloem, but I'm sure vascular cambium would not be it, maybe cork? I am seeing an ever increasing campaign of deciding that a very specific group of words will be persecuted for being something undesirable, by Google Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark and MHRB are right in with stuff like kiddy porn. Maybe if these are less used they won't get so much noteriety from undesirables. I have emails that clearly state that listings on the internet with these words are banned in no uncertain terms. Google stores has actually banned these keywords, I guess this is nothing new since banning certain search terms has been done in china, syria etc etc etc. Google has this huge business of doing statistics on google search terms and putting a dollar value on them to advertise, called cost per clicks, and this same technology helps them ban block things they deem undesirable. Fortunately they are not going as far as attacking the plants name directly just specific products made from it. Well so much for our freedoms. This is true and sad, so what you are saying is all we need to do is get the vendors to change their lingity so google can expand their banned words, because once they catch on to it that's what will happen. I will have to agree if new alternate ways to say or describe the same thing are used without moderation and yelled from the highest mountain repeatedly they to will be rapidly canned as well. Most know that at some point over last 18 months that in this order Ebay, then Paypal and last but not least Google Stores uploads all banned MHRB sales payments and sales uploads. This effected many vendors selling in a myriad of online stores. Most these stores about 80% are either not seen or have so few hits they simply are at bottom of ladder and are never seen. These stores that do not do uploads received a run of folks turning over stones looking high and low to buy somewhere desperatly. The others that are seen often rely on uploads to google Stores that contain the name , upc, code brand name weight color etc etc etc, well about 8 months ago this were getting rejected as banned and not approved for uploads to google stores, the operators of the websites that ran the stores acually shutdown many of the stores with no explanation or notice other than that they clearly fear google. Well many will have noticed that the scientific latin name could not be removed so various sellers of seed and plants went on unhindered and the sellers who were effected simply removed root bark part of name and relisted with impunity well they as we all know were not long for this world on amazon.com. So yes on the kiddie porn thing mhrb is right up there in googles mind with things that should never appear and be salable over google searches. Sure enough I am dead on and I spelled it out for you in detail, not supposition facts been there done that have the tire tracks over my corpse to prove it. I am just trying to help people understand how this sensorship was carried out. What would you like a verbatim posting of a quite private email. I think that this member is more concerned with defending rep of our beloved, than with the semantics of what has come to pass. Google is playing god supposedly for our own good and is deciding various things will not be available for sale on or through google stores. Well what comes to mind as something that should never be available for sale anywhere kiddie porn an example. So has become Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark or MHRB. You can't totally ban google searches for it at least here in USA However anyone that wants to run the gamut and sell through google has to upload the particulars on what they are selling through google stores. The term is as follows from the stores: not approved for uploads to google stores Meaning this item is banned from uploads to google stores. How simple is that to understand. Nothing like defending dmts reputation as if that were the point of this thread. I simply thought of the first thing to come to my mind as something that would be considered by most as something vile, illegal and thus banishable by Google Stores and simply stated that the previously mentioned keywords were added to this list. Finding these keywords banned and the listings removed seems to be self explanatory does it not. I was angry about being run down and reacted in a defensive manner I have edited before receiving your kind moderation this to something more appropriate. What is upsetting me now is the semantics of googles bans seemingly has gotten drowned in some battle of wits. Maybe I need to use something else illegal and banned as an example nuclear material.
