Greetings to every one at DMT Nexus! I am new member to this site (new as in several hours ago.) I joined this forum for after reading opticuswrangler's essay "Opti and I" on a different site. After reading his essay I felt compelled to send him a correspondence. Being a new member I am unable to send a private message to another member (your security measures are totally understandable. ) Give no other option, I felt I might be able to post my message with the hope that another older member might forward it to the desired recipient. Also, given that this is a forum allowing others to share experiences of an esoteric nature, there might be some merit in posting this so others can read it.

Thank you so much for posting your essay "Opti and I". Wonderfully written, it had hints of an HP Lovecraft writing style mixed with a Terrence Mckenna type of understanding of the universe. A beautiful combination in my opinion! I had read your essay earlier today and became a member of this site so that I could send you a reply and briefly share some of my own experiences with you. I'll apologize beforehand for my rudimentary writing style......

Several years ago, on the 6th day of a 10 day Vipassana mediation retreat, I felt as if I reached a state where I could see the infinite possibility in all things. It was a fleeting moment, but in that moment I could could see with my third eye a beautiful grid or lattice of iridescent white light expanding infinitely in all directions. In that moment I understood that each strand represents a specific direction or probability. What could seem like chaos from a lower vibratory viewpoint made perfect sense in my higher state. I've found that these otherworldly experiences are sometimes hard to catalogue within your memory banks. Do you file it under "Hallucination" or "Esoteric Experience"?

Your description of Hyperspace: " The hyperdimensional scaffolding extends like a hugely complex grid or web stretched tightly through out this theoretical space....." had quite a profound effect on me. In short, thank you for helping me validate my own experience.

To speak briefly of "Opti" himself, the impetus for my attending the mediation retreat in the first place had to do with the fact that I was suffering from what I would call psychic attacks from several non-form entities that appeared to feed off my negativity. They seemed to be of a parasitic nature, imbedding themselves in my aura or mental body. I feel that this is a very common phenomenon in our reality. If gone unchecked, the parasite can completely take over the host, resulting in some of the more extreme cases of violence and negativity that we see around us. I'm not saying that the free will of humans bears no responsibility for this, but I do feel that things are being influenced by these types of entities from the other side of the veil. ( I feel the construct of "good vs. evil"l does not necessarily apply in that realm.)

I have also been able to perceive another array of non-form entities that are of the opposite polarity. They on the other hand, feed of the energy released in moments of joy, laughter and compassion. I had one communicate to me me that they especially love spontaneous acts of this type. The more premeditated the act, the less Orgone or life energy in contains ect. In short I've come to realize that the energy one resonates serves as food for a whole array of thought-form entities existing in a parallel reality (the astral plane?). I have in turn learned to keep a clean house so to speak. Alway trying to be aware of any tenants that are not welcome.........
