Nexus,

I would like to introduce you to a fictional character whose experiences are based on someone who isn't me (SWIM). This character is on a spiritual path which has been spawned through the spirit molecule and Swim has found the western world is VERY unreceptive to his philosophies. Therefore Swim joined the Nexus and is hoping to use it as a tool for broadening his spiritual horizons by connecting to like-minded people. Swim believes that the experience DMT offers can only be discussed between people who have actually traveled.

Swim began this journey two years ago and has approximately twenty freebase experiences. Swim has extracted on a small scale six times with the most recent being beauty unlike anything he has ever seen(see below). Swim has a bit of university chemistry under his belt but finds that the intentions under which the molecule is extracted play a role. He knows this because each one came with different results, until the intent was absolutely pure. Swim has replicated these results once since, and is getting ready for another batch. Will advise.

The reason Swim uses DMT is that he would like to become a navigator of hyperspace. Swim chooses to believe that if one well practiced within hyperspace then when a person dies, they are able to cope with the reality of a higher plane of existence. Otherwise the being is forced to reincarnate. I would like to say that this is only Swim's take on things and it is only what he CHOOSES to believe.

Swim believes after his last experience, that he has graduated to a more lengthy experience than the 5-10 freebase. On the last trip, Swim had about 300mg of pure MDMA in him when the decision was made to travel. Swim had researched the mixing of the two by asking a doctor of pharmacology of negative effects at the chemical level. It was deemed "safe" chemically by this individual who Swim trusts and respects. So Swim traveled.

The trip was the longest ever lasting approx 30 mins with a solid 15 min complete out of body followed by 15 mins of in the body experience. I could visually see the connection between me and my sitter. It felt like forever and in comparison, it was. Given this extended longevity Swim feels ready to move up to MAOI. If anyone has any info for me on this matter I would be grateful.

Welcome to the Nexus. Thanks so much for that well written Introduction Essay. I very much enjoyed reading it.

I personally find Hyperspace difficult to actively navigate, but I have met others who have claimed they could control movement when in there. Only time I have had any luck with that was when I mixed the DMT with a dissociative.

Sounds like you've had some good journeys. I personally have found mixing MDMA and DMT hit and miss. About 75% of the time it does not work for me. Though the time it did, it was amazing - a long lasting trip to heaven.

Oh, by the way, this site is ultra secure. The Administrator is constantly making it more so - he keeps us cutting edge. So . . . . it's pretty safe to say you can put swim out to sea, let the cat out, harvest the plant, tell foaf (except Nexus member) to go home, etc. Most of us are comfortable admitting we are the extractors and users of DMT here.

SWIMorY has definately found some like minded peoples. I find your views to be true.. Strange, how we all join this website in different spaces at the same time.. To find a community thats been here for almost a decade.

I thank you for the warm welcome. I have mixed the two compounds once before with beautiful results. There were three objects floating and rotating on three boxes. Each box had a type of placard with mysterious writing on it and each detail of the three objects consisted of a different geometric pattern made of light. I find this fascinating because "light" is simply photons entering the eye and an image being processed by the brain. In hyperspace there are no photons but light certainly exists.

With regards to "navigation", I feel as though it could be possible with a more lengthy experience. Therefore I am slowly working my way up to a true 5hour ayahuasca experience. By the time this happens I will be very well practiced and intend to go on a real shamanic trip as opposed to the psyconautic trips that I have had thus far. One thing I can say forsure is that since I have started on this path, the gratitude I posses is ten fold what it used to be and the love that lives within me has grown exponentially.

Also, thank you so much for the tip on Swim. I much prefer being me. My user name came about when I left my job in the oilfield to peruse a degree in geophysics. The task ahead of me felt as though I was climbing Everest so it seemed fitting.
