I just watched a video about some guy talking about how smoking through a 2 litre bottle was the best way to smoke DMT, in his opinion. The video can be found here: Video

He basically just slices the bottom off a bottle and tape some tinfoil around the bottom. I suppose he then places the freebase DMT at the centre of the tinfoil and just keeps the lighter underneath, until it is all vaporized.

Any opinions on this method? It would certainly be a cheap alternative to the vaporizer pipes.

its a horrible way to smoke DMT, i certainly wouldnt do it. Hot plastic is nasty, aluminium isnt great either. look into making a "Machine" or "The Key" or splash the cash and get a VG/GVG. The method of delivery makes a HUGE difference not only on the experience but also on the amount of DMT you need to use.

I saw that video too and tried it out early on. It sucks. Very inefficient, lots of leftover residue. Plus aluminum has been linked to alzheimers.

Like he said, the machine or key FTW for cheap vape.

Like Crazyhorse, I too tried that method. Horrible...I think it even burnt the Spice.

I wouldn't recommend it.

If your gonna have a lasting relationship with the Spice...GVG....save your money for as long as it takes....worth every penny

I have tried that method more than once and its sucks. There is only one advantage that you can take all the vape at one hit. Other than that its bad. As other posters already said better make some machine or either similar device... It costs almost nothing and maaan it does work great!

Like others have said, don't do it. I've tried this method as well and it was horrible. The plastic began to melt, I got almost no effect and my throat and lungs hurt for the rest of the day.

Smoking dmt off foil, through a 2 liter is like slapping god in the face.

I have vaped with that method 20+ times and I have had many breakthroughs with it but as the folks above say , it is an awfully unhealthy way to vape as after every trip I would be left with a very painful and swollen throat due to inhaling plastic and tinfoil.
I would not recommend it if you care about your health.

While I agree with everyone above that it's an extremely wasteful way to smoke spice there's no link between Alzheimer's and aluminum. This was something that started in the 60s and reemerged in the 90s but there's never been any solid evidence that backs it up.

As to burning plastic, again I don't see how this would happen. The temp needed to vaporize DMT is so low that you should be holding your heat source well away from the aluminum foil and thus never allowing the plastic to reach a point that it starts to melt.

I also started with this method, having found it on youtube, but only used it once before I started looking for more efficient means.

Currently I use a tire gauge crack pipe and sandwich my spice between two chore boy screens. It took quite a bit to get the vaporization method down but now I'm fairly confident in the pipe and my technique (I hold it at nearly a vertical angle and draw the heat from the flame into the pipe with my breath without letting the flame even touch the outside screen).

I'm sure a GVG is nice and I'm sure one day I'll pick one up. For now though, with my limited funds, I'm quite happy with the method I'm using.
