hey my ppl, just had first aya experience in long time last night and ahhh, cant describe in words how much better i feel contemplating now when to do the next one, what do guys feel is better/differences in doing sets like 2-3 days in a row or putting time between each experience? another question last night the "light" was pretty weak, im using caapi brew and pure dmt. What would you guys say is the pure dmt content of a good aya brew?

Ive noticed that using extracted dmt in caapi brews i need alot more than if i just boil some mimosa or use freebase and rue/extracted harmalas.

On the other hand caapi brews tend to give me alot longer trips so maybe its something in the caapi that makes the dmt go out slower in my body or something.

Anyway i use about 80-100mg of dmt or 5g of mimosa per 50gram of caapi and usually have 1-2 doses during a sesion, 2 gets very intense like breakthrough kind of deal.

With rue or extracted harmalas im fine with one shot of 100mg of dmt or 5g, have never felt the urge to redose.

never use 400mg of harmalas and 7gr of mimosa
you will see hell, believe me, i believe due to the hight dose of harmalas...

For my first aya experience I plan to do 100mg dmt to 120mg harmala. Will this work out okay? Sounds like a good moderate dose.
