Recently on FB I saw a post from an Anon "member" whose goal it was to get people so send Christmas cards to an old 420 activist friend of theirs who is currently locked up for reasons I (hopefully) assume are directly related to said person's activism/use. They only listed the one person and address.
I would like to expand this idea. We should send letters, cards, and/or donations to any and all people who have become victims of The War On Drugs. This could be the people who are directly affected: those UNJUSTLY imprisoned, wounded physically or socially, stolen from, ect., or indirectly: families, especially in cases of death or vegetation.
Through this
link you will find a list of people who have died needlessly through this atrocity that is being perpetuated by the governments every. Other governments do not escape blame I'm sure.
I think we should compile a list of addresses (that have had permission given to be used) of:
1. those who have been jailed solely for use/activism of drugs (no other charges that would warrant proper imprisonment)
2. the families of those who have died or been put in a vegetative state
3. those who have been seriously wounded
4. those who have been stolen from by local or federal police
5. those who have lost/injured non-human loved ones (during raids and the like)
We would also need a name for the movement, and I imagine a website and FB page would be a good idea. I vote "Words of Love" and when the name is decided on I will go and create the page for it.
Please!!! Offer thoughts or opinions or changes. We could compile information on deaths and work with other websites or groups and become a major addition to a movement of love, a movement to limit the death and destruction that drugs and peoples thoughts about them will cause if misunderstood, or mishandled.
