Recently I went from being someone who didn't even know what dmt was - to being obsessed with learning more and more! I have started on my journey and learned an incredible amount of information over the last two months. I even successfully made my first extraction the other day Smile Anyways, I know how many knowledgeable people are on this site and I want to learn and explore as much as I can. Any helpful information is more than welcomed!

Hi MatieB,

Welcome to the Nexus. Wow, exciting times eh?

Congratulations on doing your own extraction - that really is the way to go. Which extraction tek did you use? By the way, the wiki link in the upper right hand corner of your forum screens has lots of teks for lots of plants.

You might want to check the Preparation and Methods of Administration areas in the Forum, especially the areas for Smoking and Changa. Smoking DMT has a number of requirements for it to work correctly (i.e. consume entire dose quickly and make the first hit the biggest) - there is a distinct learning curve.

Anything else you might want to share with us would be appreciated, I'm sure. Do you have any psychedelic experience to date? If so, which substances were involved and what did you make of it?

I do hope you will take a good look around and that you will keep us posted. I cannot wait to hear about your first journey.

Again, welcome to the Nexus.
