Hey, sorry lost old acct/email, haven't posted since '10.

A question came to mind:

I never had the chance to dream of dosing pharmahuasca over more than 2 consecutive days. In that time, I noticed no tolerance development with the same dosage. I'm curious about long term results to this test.

I heard that sometimes you get a greater effect the 2nd/3rd day, just because the MAOI is building up. Now, if you had, say, an MAOI patch, and dosed the same amount of DMT fumarates daily, is there any evidence anywhere, even anecdotal at least, that tolerance does/does not develop?

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Ayahuasca / Pharmahuasca doesn't seem to exhibit development of tolerance if you use it multiple days in a row. While I have no experience with dosing multiple days consecutively, I have dosed a second time on the come down of a trip and the trip was equally intense as the first one.

This does sort of imply that there is no tolerance to DMT or the MAOIs. This seems to be in line with smoked DMT as I've heard and seen people go in for a second or third vaped DMT trip without problems.

Any reasons you're curious about this? Perhaps other members can answer your more specific questions.

I don't believe that an MAOI patch would be an effective route of administration for the harmalas if you intend to dose the dmt fumarates orally. In order for the dmt to pass the brain/blood barrier the MAOI's need to be in the gut.

The maoi patch would probably work for most any other ROA of spice whether it be sublingual, insufflated, IV or smoked.

As far as tolerance goes, and this is just my personal speculation, I believe if anything a reverse tolerance would most likely develop. If not a reverse tolerance then most likely no tolerance at all - meaning once you find your sweet spot, you're essentially good to go on the dose. Once again, this is just speculation on my part and I have no sources to back these claims.

yeah ive taken pharma multiple days in a row and the effects seem to increase quite a bit...i believe this is caused by a build up of MAOI's in your system which would make the dmt stick around longer...
