Hello every one, I'm new to the site and was hoping for some people to please explain to me the basics of Iboga. I hear alot of terminology about flooding, which I don't have a clue what that means. Also i want to know a few good sites that are well known for delivering quality products. Also the dosing for individuals I weight about 225 pounds or 101 kilo's... can some one put up a very good beginners guide, or refer me to one!! Thanks
