Mr Bones appears to be rather well endowed
I would watch out for the plastic/electrical tape. Line the vapor contact surfaces with some kind of metal foil so you don't get Bisphenol A while vaping.
All in all, brilliant idea! I would be proud of it, it's very ergonomic by the looks of it. A lot of pipes fall to the floor or in some way make you worry about their position but this, you just pick it up and put it right down!
You could add a battery, chipset/switch, and make a heating element out of Kanthal ribbon wire and make this thing electric! Then there is zero worry about needing a flame, the device is self-complete.
