just received these in the post this morning.
1 x Black Banisteriopsis Caapi (50g)
1 x Blue Lily/Lotus (N. caerulea) (25g)
1 x Damiana (T. diffusa) (50g)
1 x Passionflower leaves (P. incarnata) (50g)
1 x Syrian Rue (Peganum harmala) (25g)

now i feel a bit overwhelmed as to what to do with them.
has anyone got a recipe or know a tek for this mixture.
