Hi Everyone,

I'm getting a bit nervous as I still havent received an order I placed at the begninning of August. Cerberus confirmed on their web site that they received the payment at the beginning of september but havent heard from them since. I sent emails using 2 diff adresses ( to make sure they dont end in junk mail...), used the contact us form on their website and even cancelled my order (last week ) and still no news from them This wasnt a small order and I sent them a good amount of money and thats why I am getting a bit desperate...

I ordered from them at least 6-8 times in the past ( end of 2011) and never had problems. Their customer support was fine and they always answered to my questions in a matter of days. Shipping was a bit slow but in the end i was pretty happy with their service.

Anyone know what happened to them?
