To my fellow seekers of TRUTH,
I am pleasantly intrigued and curious about being a part of a forum for the first time! As someone that just CAN’T seem to get enough information about the true nature of my being, the planet, and ancestral grids it only seems natural that I began to seek insight through plant medicines and other psychedelics. This started when I was 17 with a long, very frequent year of LSD usage. Having fully explored that more chemical space I began praying with psilocybin which was extremely gratifying and fulfilling to begin my exploration into what our planet has to teach us; how to live in a good way here. Then, last year I randomly ended up 1,000 miles from home in a traditional Ayahuasca ceremony that began to completely reorient my life. I also began praying with a Native American church and sitting in traditional San Pedro ceremonies. Rather than answering the questions and curiosities of my nature and life path, these medicines of the grandmother and grandfather completely blew the lid of my questions and just left me patiently, reverently accepting whatever information was to be passed down to me. In conjunction with this work I have been fully immersed in learning energy work, healing modalities, ancestral/karmic grids, along with my personal practices of shamanic journeying, kundalini sadhana, Buddhist meditation, and much more! So, why I am here… I feel like I have SO much to learn from the spirits of the plants that teach us and HOW they work. My curiosity and dualistic (slight confusion at times) into how the plants have worked on me throughout various ceremonies yields a bottomless curiosity for others experiences, insights, and teachings. I also have a few other questions about the way that monoatomic gold works (this just recently entered my life and is SO interesting) along with kratom if anyone has information about how these work or personal experiences…. Would love to discuss these things with all of you beautiful beings and look forward to sharing in exploration of the inner/outer spaces!
Peace to all, light to all, love to all,
Many blessings on your journeys beyond…

Hi starseed24,

Welcome to the Nexus, Very happy.

Thank you for that wonderful introduction - I really enjoyed reading it.

It sounds like you are on a wonderful and ongoing journey of (self) exploration. I certainly hope that your time here at the Nexus only helps to contribute to this. There are many subfora here on plants and science and other topic I am sure you would find fascinating. Not sure where to send you re: monoatomic gold or kratom but I'm sure you'll get replies. That's the advantage of posting here.

Sounds like you have some experience with ayahuasca and number of other entheogens. May I ask, have you ever smoked DMT? If so, what did you think?

Again, a very warm welcome to you. I look forward to seeing you around.

Thank you for the welcoming replies folks!

Pandora, with regards to your question about DMT....

I have not ever smoked DMT, other than smoking completely crappy, bunk DMT that didn't do much of anything when I was a teenager. After that I had an aversion to it because I had this association in my mind with nasty chemicals. Ironically enough, after doing a fair amount of reading about DMT I felt that it would be taking away from my precious experiences of natural DMT release in my life (i.e. natural child birth, death, etc...) if I chose to smoke it. Which is why it is kind of funny that I even was drawn to drink ayahuasca in the first place. However, I still feel slightly repulsed at the idea of smoking it, but I am open to it if was directly from a Sonoran Desert Toad, or other, of the many, plants in which it is naturally occuring. I would also be interested in experienced users' compare/contrast with smoking DMT and drinking ayahuasca... but that's probably for another post Smile

highest of blessings to all of the readers out there...
