start low I was reading lots of people are allergic to it And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not percieve the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, "brother let me remove the speck from your eye", when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye?-Yeshua ben Yoseph

I am making some enhanced herb with Dream Herb, Blue Lotus and Damania. Should be ready this weekend sometime. I only used 1.3 grams in the mix.
Not sure what a low dose would be. I looked it up and all I found was a dose of 2grams for a person weighing 160lbs. It didn't clarify weither that would be considered a small dose or what. The effects reported were mild euphoria, mental clarity, vivid dreams (seem real) and lucid dreams.
Have you made a tea with the root? I would imagine that if you tolorate the root then the herb will be fine. Doses for the root are active at 250mg. Doesn't taste the best but works really well if your goal in drinking is to have lucid dreams.

i love Entada  rheedii seeds there quite dream inducing all u do is crack the outer shall and scrape out the meat be really careful as the outer shall is extremely hard enjoy and start out small.  never smoked it but i took about half the seed orally the first time to test out the water but had best results takeing whole seed "PSYCHEDELIC DRUGS DON'T CHANGE YOU- THEY DON'T CHANGE YOUR CHARACTER-UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHANGED THEY ENABLE CHANGE THEY CAN'T IMPOSE IT...."
