I am very familiar with DMT and the extraction process. Just to clear up before anyone asks if Im sure it's my kinda thing.

I know this belongs in the aya section, but since I cant post there as of yet I figured this was as good as place as any. My question is, since aya is comprised of the caapi (which is the MAOi) as well as an admixture (as the source of DMT) - could you do a caapi extract and then drink the admixture brew or would that take away from the overall experience? And couldnt you also in theory throw in (probably not the best choice of words) other dmt containing plants such as acacia confusa or the countless others? The only reason I ask is because it seems mhrb is becoming less readily available and up until now that was my primary source of our beloved molecule.
Using recreational drugs, including psychedelics, does not give you character points, it's not a means of fighting the system, it doesnt make you a shaman, and unless you actually get out and see the world - it wont give you any deeper insights into it. Can psychedelics bring about these qualities in a person? Yes, But they need fertile ground. What does this mean? Never stop filling youre head and never stop fighting. Otherwise youre just another wasted mystic sitting on your couch getting high.

you dont know youre on a leash if you stand by the peg all day

STS is a community for people interested in growing, preserving and researching botanical species, particularly those with remarkable therapeutic and/or psychoactive properties.

I never heard of anyone consuming any acacia tea, but you can still make a tea out of chacruna or chaliponga. You can do a caapi extract provided it's a sufficient amount. 250mg seems to be the rule of thumb as being the minimum for achieving sufficient inhibition to allow for oral activation of DMT.

do you know about how much caapi is necessary to get that much in an extract? Like what the yield ratio is?

I think it's like 50g caapi vine. I usually work with rue, so I'm a little rusty on caapi knowledge, but I'm pretty sure that's accurate.
