I was wondering if anyone has ever tried heptane for mesc extraction??

I would use it as an NP in place of d limo or xylene in ron69s extraction to make mesc hcl.

I have used it in place of Naptha in a spice extraction and the results were great!!

I also recently used heptane to extract Honey Hash Oil from some bud and it also worked great...(I put whole buds in mason jar, covered with heptane, put jar in a pot of just boiled water, let sit whike stirring for two minutes, filtered thru Buchner(vacum) funnel and fan evaped till thick, then put in beer can bottom and gently heated over candle to get rid of last bit of heptane...

Results were killer!!

Would heptane work for mesc extraction??
